Who we are

What we collect — and when
Nothing on this website is collected about you until you choose to share it. When you submit our signup form, we collect your name, phone number, email, service address, dog count, visit frequency, access/yard notes, and whether you agreed to service texts. If you text, call, or email us instead, we'll have whatever you put in that message.
How we use it
Three things: scheduling your cleanups, service updates (like your all-clear text and photo proof after each visit), and billing. That's it.
Who processes your info for us
A couple of services handle your information so this website and our signup form work:
Google — our signup form is hosted by Google (Google Forms/Google Sheets). Form responses live in Google's systems.
DigitalOcean — this website is hosted on DigitalOcean's servers.
We never sell your personal information. We don't hand it out except where these processors need it to provide the service, or when the law requires it.
About the Google signup form
The signup form on our Get Started page is loaded from Google's servers — and only after you agree to load it. If you never click "load the form," no Google content loads and no connection to Google is made from this site. Once you do load it, Google's own Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy) applies to your use of the form, on top of this policy.
The instant quote tool
The price calculator on our pricing page runs entirely in your browser. Your selections never leave your phone and nothing is sent to us or anyone else.
Cookies
This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies — no analytics, no ad pixels, no fingerprinting — and makes no third-party requests until you choose to load the Google signup form. When you first arrive you'll see a one-time cookie notice; your choice is remembered only on your own device (it never leaves your phone). You can change your choice anytime via Cookie Settings in the footer.
Text messages
We send service-related texts only — scheduling, quotes, and your all-clear text after each visit. You consent when you check the texting box on the signup form or when you text YARD to 475-269-0043 yourself. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
Your rights
Email contact@scoopforceshelton.com and you can see, correct, or delete the personal information we have about you. Say "delete my info" and we'll remove your personal details from our records.
How long we keep it
We keep customer information while you're a customer, plus reasonable business records after that (for billing history and taxes). Ask us to delete it and we will, except for what the law requires us to keep.
